Pachacuti develop and design contemporary products whilst committing themselves to their Latin American producers by establishing long term relationships which respect their cultural heritage through the preservation of their traditional skills. The hats are made by two women's co-operatives in Ecuador. The belts are made by women in a remote Andean town who have absent or alcoholic husbands so the income from embroidery gives them an independent means of income to support their family. The phone covers are knitted by a mothers' club in Southern Peru.
